Return window
You have 60 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Hygiene policy
For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shapewear and intimate apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging. Items that have been worn, washed or had their tags removed will be refused.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, for refunds and exchanges alike. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend a tracked shipping service: we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
How to start a return
- Email info@nonenderma.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
- We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item back. Packages sent without contacting us first won't be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Free gifts included with your order are non-refundable.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.
